Illegal sale of steroids is widespread. Although authorities try to eradicate illegal production, distribution, possession and administration of anabolic steroids, several police officers are also involved in such illicit operations. Furthermore, as it is defined, certain police officers mastermind illicit operations related to steroids and other doping products.
The former Philadelphia policeman Keith Gidelson was found guilty of illegal distribution of steroids and some other drugs, such as HGH, IGF-1, anti-estrogen drugs, etc. The medications which were sold by this police officer were labeled as Sciroxx drugs.
Keith Gidelson turned out to be the leader of a drug chain. So, he was not selling steroids alone. He was working together with several other persons, including his wife and two other policemen.
Those that wanted to purchase steroids contacted the Philadelphia police officer via internet. So, customers ordered needed steroids or/and other related medications. Then these products were shipped to the clients.
When orders arrived, Keith Gidelson informed his clients per handy. He called them or sent messages. That’s why it was easy to bust this illicit drug chain. The Philadelphia police officer talked to his clients about anabolic steroids and other related products quite openly. As for his co-workers, they discussed about steroids among them, utilizing several terms.
Such anabolic steroids, as Testosterone Enanthate, Trenbolone Enanthate, Nandrolone Decanoate, etc. were distributed by the police officer and his co-conspirators. These products were obtained from China and Europe. Then they were sold to those that ordered them per internet.
The police officer will be probably sentenced to imprisonment in January 2013.
