Patrick Jonker and Julian Dean never saw Lance Armstrong doping

The USADA has published a report on the American cyclist Lance Armstrong.
Which impression do readers get, when they study this report? It is confirmed that numerous persons believe that every teammate of this prominent cyclist has administered steroids and/or other related medicines. But is it true point of view? Has each Lance Armstrong’s teammate doped?
According to the dossier on this sportsman, 11 teammates testified against him, confirming that he took doping products. Furthermore, it was confirmed that Lance Armstrong and the most mates of his team used sophisticated methods in order to be able to dope and avoid detection.

Julian Dean confirmed that he neither doped, nor saw Lance Armstrong applying steroids and/or other related preparations.
As for Patrick Jonker, his statements were like those of Julian Dean. He affirmed that he had never applied any forbidden medicines. He confirmed that he competed cleanly and didn’t take any unfair advantage.
According to Patrick Jonker, application of steroids and other related medicines is a serious problem in cycling. He thinks that many cyclists dope. He thinks that it is necessary to fight against application of performance-enhancing drugs in cycling. But he claims that suitable methods should be used by anti-doping agencies. This athlete is full of indignation, talking about prosecution against Lance Armstrong.  Patrick Jonker affirms that killers are less pursued than the American cyclist.
