Spain’s police seized large amounts of preparations from illegal drug ring

Spain’s police officials arrested Scott Boote, a person, who was involved in illicit actions linked with an international drug ring producing stimulants which increase libido. Huge quantities of preparations were seized by police. The street value of the medications was estimated. It was confirmed that it was almost ?3 million. A citizen of the UK, a 72-year-old man from Liverpool, was also questioned. According to statements of police, these two persons produced eight new sexual stimulants and offered them for sale via internet without providing medical controls. Six other persons were also questioned during this investigation. Investigators noticed that the individuals that were implicated in this illicit drug ring bought cars and another property due to distribution of illegal sexual products. Certain bank accounts were blocked by police. Over 100,000 doses of anabolic steroids, properties and vehicles were confiscated.
A spokesperson for Spanish police stated that all members of the drug ring lived very luxuriously. They possess many properties and luxury cars. They purchased properties abroad in order to hide the illicit business. Investigators determined that the ring offered for sale sexual products for both men and women. The medications were offered for sale on internet. Persons from the whole world could order the products. So, people from the USA, the UK, Thailand, Malaysia, etc. were customers that acquired medications from this ring. Three factories functioned in Costa del Sol. Investigators suppose that those who were producing the medicines didn’t have required knowledge for this purpose. According to them, the individuals who were involved in the drug ring created also legal business in order to hide the illicit one. They put efforts to provide legitimate appearance to illegal operations. Several commercial companies were managed by these persons in order to mask the profits obtained due to illegal sale of sex stimulants.
Boxes which had to be sent to clients were also found by police officers. Anabolic steroids were also found and confiscated by policemen. Packages, labels and leaflets were also found in possession of the arrested persons.
