The company Myogenix acknowledged that they had sold Spawn between 2007 and 2009. Myogenix was sentenced to pay a $500.000 fine. Moreover, the company forfeited $100.000 immediately.
According to the decision of the court, preparations produced and sold by the company Myogenix will be tested for 5 years by an independent organization. All new nutrition supplements should be controlled scrupulously and approved by the FDA before Myogenix may sell them.
